RMA Process
When returning a Nidec Genmark product for repair, refurbishment or upgrades please follow these few simple steps:

Download the following RMA Checklist and Decontamination forms:

Fill out the RMA Checklist Form, attach it to an email to [email protected] and send it with the returned product.
3.
Fill out and sign the RMA Decontamination Certification Form and attach it to the returned product. Once this is complete, shipping instruction will be provided within 48 hrs. after receiving the completed RMA Checklist form.
