Nidec Genmark Automation, Inc. was founded as Genmark Automation in 1989. Since then, the company has grown into a global leading OEM supplier of atmospheric and vacuum transfer robots and peripheral equipment. In addition to designing, developing and manufacturing high precision robotics, motion control and integrated tool automation solutions, we combine decades of engineering expertise with an appetite for innovation, to create custom solutions for the global semiconductor, data storage and flat panel display industries.
The company’s products are designed to optimize equipment and factory productivity. Our solutions include complete automated wafer transfer systems and integration software, offering high-performance and reliability for OEM process tool manufacturers, allowing them to focus on developing next-generation process technology. Nidec Genmark Automation distributes and supports our products through a global sales and support infrastructure operating out of offices in the USA, Germany, Japan, Taiwan and China.
